Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with QuickBooks experience to join our team.Responsibilities
-Enter all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables into QuickBooks Online-Track and enter all Payroll and 1099s into QuickBooks online
-Assist in creating Client Invoicing
-Maintain and ensure data accuracy, enter bills and assist Owner/Pres with payables
-Lien Release creation and follow up; W9 and COI tracking
-Assist with quarterly and annual audits
-Establish systems and policies where none exist
-Assist with basic IT issues or coordinate with IT support when necessary
Qualifications
*QuickBooks Experience (5+ yrs) including but not limited to payroll estimate building invoicing purchase orders accounts payable accounts receivable*Ability to work well with colleagues clients subcontractors*Excellent organizational problem-solving skills.*Strong communication interpersonal skills.*Proficiency MS Office emphasis Excel Word Outlook SharePointJob description
