    This position assists the organization to leverage investments in digital products to ensure we maximize digital product capabilities for the purpose of driving business process optimization and providing an exceptional internal and external member experience.

    You will learn how to be the expert to best serve our members:


    • Establish and cultivate relationships with key business and technology stakeholders to synthesize business strategy to create and maintain digital product strategy, vision, and road map.
    • Work with key stakeholders to build business cases, user stories and product specifications to help define digital product capabilities and business outcomes through sprint plan development.
    • Lead frequent and dynamic prioritization decisions based on latest product analytics, product metrics and user community feedback. Responsible for setting and evaluating the work generated by development teams to ensure the business receives optimal features and functionality within the assigned digital products. Lead the change management process including sprint communication, feature testing, validation, and user acceptance approval.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for digital products and partner with Digital Product Analysts, Information Technology, and business stakeholders to assist in the elicitation and definition of technical requirements and lead in the development of user stories from an overall perspective to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
    • Lead planning sessions with Technology Solutions to manage the product backlog, sprint goals, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product capabilities according to business value or ROI.
    • Create and maintain a product library to include digital product documentation, release notes, change management log, and approval artifacts.

    • Work with internal and external partners to support the development, configuration, testing, and implementation of new products, product changes, and solutions delivery for assigned digital products.
    • Follow internal project management and change control process to implement any required product modifications; coordinate and validate testing of product enhancements and fixes, as needed, using extreme care and attention to detail.
    • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program/project status throughout their life cycle.
    You will help grow the business:


    • Coordinate and/or perform project work within and across business units to ensure deadlines are met and desired results are achieved leveraging best practices.
    • Take a data and research driven approach to digital product innovation and the product development lifecycle by using client and market research, user feedback, usage, and competitive analysis to identify unmet nets.
    You will continue to grow professionally:


    • Maintain detailed working knowledge of assigned digital product capabilities and integration considerations to provide technical and operational guidance. Research emerging technologies, industry trends, software functionality and partner offerings that may benefit the organization.
    • Participate in learning and networking opportunities to maintain expertise and grow skillset.
    Minimum Requirements:


    • Depending on one's level of experience/qualifications they would qualify as a Digital Product Manager I or Digital Product Manager II.
    • Specific to Digital Product Manager II: A bachelor's degree and 4+ years of IT or Digital Product Management, IT or Digital Project Management, or similar SDLC experience, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Product Management role and 3 years of experience in translating business needs and requirements gathering to IT or Digital Products
    • Specific to Digital Product Manager II: Previous experience with and strong knowledge of Fiserv DNA core infrastructure, features, and interfaces.
    • Specific to Digital Product Manager II: A proven track record for full lifecycle product management, developing products from concept to delivery and the ability.
    • Specific to Digital Product Manager II: Knowledge of agile process and project management practices. Familiarity with Agile process management tools. Agile/Scrum Product Owner certification or equivalent experience.
    • Specific to Digital Product Manager I: A bachelor's degree or 2+ years of IT or Digital Product Management or similar SDLC experience., with a minimum of 1 year experience in translating business needs and requirements gathering to IT or Digital Products
    • Specific to Digital Product Manager I: Ability to translate business needs and requirements gathering to IT or Digital Products
    • A focus on member experience, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, ability to work autonomously, and a keen attention to detail. Financial Services industry experience a plus.
    • Strong technology acumen and personal computing skills; general knowledge of banking core systems, account origination systems, basic accounting and report writing.
    • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and independent decision-making skills, overall business acumen with a focus on consumer insights, market research and digital delivery products.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to create a range of written assets, including user stories, product messaging, and pitch decks.
    • Ability to influence others, using personal rather than positional power.
    • Proven observational and listening skills; ability to recognize user experience needs and convert into product design.
    • Ability to leverage skills, knowledge, and experience to invest in the community.
    • Ability to foster an inclusive environment that promotes belonging.
    • A focus on respect and excellent service to both external and internal (team) members.
    • A proven track record of integrity with a demonstrated ability to build trust.

    DigitalProduct Manager I:

    Pay Range:
    $66,850 - $100,284, plus additional bonuscompensation

    DigitalProduct Manager II:

    Pay Range:
    $87,605 - $131,410, plus additional bonuscompensation
