    As an Automation Maintenance Technician, you'll be a key player in keeping our cutting-edge equipment running at peak performance while helping shape how maintenance is done in a brand-new plant.

    Precision Investment Castings for Aerospace & Defense | CPP

    What will you do?

    • Keep people and equipment safe by following all safety and environmental standards

    • Jump into hands-on troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

    • Perform preventive maintenance to keep downtime low and productivity high

    • Log your work accurately in our CMMS

    • Help build and maintain a reliable spare parts inventory

    • Support exciting startup and improvement projects as we launch the new facility

    • Level up your skills through ongoing training and certifications

    What will make you a successful candidate?

    • 2-year technical degree preferred (Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Millwright, or Instrumentation & Controls) — or equivalent real-world experience

    • 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

    • Experience with PLCs and VFDs, especially Allen-Bradley systems

    • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

    • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
