    The opportunity:

    Our company is growing, and we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a player-coach to spearhead the development of our outbound setting team This is a salaried position with bonus potential based on individual and company performance KPI's.

    What you will be doing:

    Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement calling patterns, email strategies, strategic gifting approaches, and social media direct messaging strategies to effectively schedule appointments with our target client base. Once you've established key performance metrics, you'll have the opportunity to assemble and lead a team to manage outbound activities. Your role will then evolve into coaching and motivating your team members to achieve optimal performance levels.

    • Engage in calling, emailing, and social outreach to inbound leads with a focus on fostering value and uncovering potential sales opportunities.
    • Initiate cold calling, emailing, and social outreach to cold leads, emphasizing value creation and relationship-building through the offering of complimentary resources and invitations to live training sessions.
    • Collaborate with prospective clients to assess their suitability for our services or provide them with complimentary programs aimed at steering them towards future engagement.
    • Employ creative strategies such as gifting, mail campaigns, and unconventional approaches to capture the attention of key clients.
    • Upon qualification of prospects, facilitate the scheduling of strategy sessions with an account executive.
    • Utilize CRM systems and Dialing software, such as HubSpot, for efficient outbound communications.
    • Foster relationships with targeted law firms by leveraging our content library and marketing arsenal, including webinar invitations, whitepapers, case studies, sample videos, blog articles, podcasts, etc.
    • Aim to accomplish a minimum of 50-70 personalized outbound activities daily.
    • Utilize software and other tools to identify and qualify cold accounts for lead development purposes.

    What you will need to be successful:

    • Demonstrated experience in selling to lawyers (is a plus), with a focus on either marketing or software services.
    • Previous experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) is highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies and strategies.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
    • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
    • Self-motivated individual who is proactive and results driven.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
