Sales Director, Northeast - Fort Collins, United States - Enlitic
Description
This is a remote position.Position Responsibilities
Extensive understanding and knowledge of Radiology, Radiology Workflows, and enterprise imaging interoperability to achieve quota and grow the business significantly and continuously
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products as well as their market differentiators
Systematically sell simultaneously to both parent and child accounts in each assigned enterprise to ensure top-down and bottom-up opportunity coverage
Establish trusting and direct relationships with key departmental and stakeholders
Effectively communicate the vision for our company through presentations and customer discussions
Ensure customers stay on track to producing revenue, which is the # 1 goal of this position - drive revenue and increase revenue on a quarterly/annual basis
Develop and execute a detailed annual sales plan for each of the assigned strategic accounts, creating a qualified (budgeted) pipeline
Provide customer presentations using the company supplied sales enablement tools and leverage product demos in context to support closing the deal
Delivery clinically relevant, clinical focused and value-based (ROI) selling methodologies
Nurture and expand the company's relationship with customer executives
Manage and track customer engagement, opportunity development, and weekly activities in CRM
Provide weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast accuracy updates and management calls
Stay on top of market trends, competition, competitive issues, and products
Practice clear, transparent, and effective communications with management, customers, and supporting team members
Participate in team-building and company growth activities, including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer engagement
Travel to customer locations and industry events in support of sales efforts
Identify and build relationships with health systems groups
Leverage existing network and develop referring relationships with key opinion leaders and show sites
Position yourself as a thought leader in healthcare workflows and Clinical AI

Requirements Location
Remote, Northeast Region
Education
Bachelor of Business/Management and/or relevant industry work experience
Experience
5-7 years' experience successfully selling or experience with enterprise clinical software, AI, Radiology Solutions, PACs or Enterprise Imaging
Demonstrated experience selling enterprise subscription / SaaS solutions as well as CAPEX models
Demonstrated success in selling to clinicians, departments chairs, IT, and directly to the C-suite in large IDN's and Radiology Reading groups
Ability to drive deals by selling a value proposition that shows clinical, technical and business value
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
Strong work ethic, self-directed, and resourceful
Ability to bring to the table their industry contacts within IDN's and Radiology Reading Groups
ISO/QMS Requirements
Understand and practice all requirements of EN ISO 13485:2016, ISO 13485:2016 MDSAP including 21 CFR 820, QMS Manual, Process Flows and Work Instructions.
Comply with applicable regulatory requirements (including but not limited to MDSAP participating countries and CE Marking).
Support Internal and External audits.
