    LHH has partnered with a growing real estate firm on this exciting Accounting Analyst position located in Midtown Manhattan. This position will play a crucial role in financial reporting and analysis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Performing financial analysis, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and providing support to the finance team.
    • Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve financial performance.
    • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
    • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during audits.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong Excel skills
    • 2+ years in an accounting or finance position with increasing responsibilities
    Pay Details: $28.00 to $38.00 per hour
