Job Summary:

The Enterprise Solutions Delivery Director is responsible for leading and directing the design and operation of enterprise computing applications for a globally distributed engineering team.

A successful candidate will implement solutions that standardize and enhance the employee experience while partnering with key stakeholders across the Enterprise Services organization and beyond.

The Enterprise Solutions Delivery Director reports to the PD of Enterprise Solutions Delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Modern Workplace/ Enterprise SME review and design Modern Workplace solutions for various Enterprise use-cases such as Finance, HR, Development and Operations that will streamline and drive operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Solution complex integrations that deliver a wholistic and smooth end user experience while maintaining strong security and audit controls
Drive hands-on development/Configuration projects, ecosystem architecture, foundational services and common frameworks that will get used across the Envestnet Enterprise
Ensure that all Solutions/architectures are compliant with Envestnet standards and security policies.
Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering/Workplace disciplines, application methods, and materials such as AD, OKTA MFA SSO, O365 stack, Azure Cloud as well as understand how these components work across the Enterprise into other Business Application
Guide team collaboration and approach and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
Deliver Low Level designs, architectural configuration decisions.

Creating Proof of concepts with code and configuration to choose various technology components; Azure, Security Tooling, OKTA, O365, VDI etc.

Identify areas for improvement in business process/operations and provide possible solutions compliant with Enterprise Services strategy.
Ensure that critical Enterprise components meet or exceed BCP and DR requirements.
Strong security skills and background
Strong understanding of audit requirements to maintain SOC, SOX ISO compliance and certifications

Responsible for continuous review of Enterprise Service offerings, seeking to improve and increase user satisfaction and deliver an excellent user experience.

Assist in the diagnosis, resolution, and escalation of critical technical issues.
Provide regular and comprehensive status and progress reports for all projects.

Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.

As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years designing/Operating Enterprise applications and Workplace.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in SaaS, technology consulting or related field.
Strong technical background with ability to communicate (verbal and written) to audiences of varying technical skills.
IT SaaS architecture design experience.
Ability to lead complex project teams
Experienced team player.
Experienced in creating and managing complex cross functional integrations, workflows and data flows
Expertise configuring/administering Enterprise technology including, but not limited to, MS Intune, Okta, O365, Active Directory and Endpoint security tools.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise security technology/methodology best practices.
Strong Knowledge of workplace technology and emerging trends.
Ability to prioritize effectively and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fulfillment of internal customer needs.
Used to working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
ITIL certified and or experience working in and ITIL organizational framework.
