    Overview:
    Provide leadership for the planning, development, and implementation of major strategic business and technology projects on a broad scale.

    Collaborate actively with internal departments, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors in order to identify criteria, analyze alternatives and propose solutions to business challenges.

    Budget accountability and budget planning. Single point of contact for all economic and regulatory matters for the projects delegated. Develop and maintain project parameters for project requirements.

    Manage and organize all activities that contribute to the successful execution of major strategic large-scale projects including project scope, schedules, cost estimates, and design.


    Responsibilities:
    Materials Tracking
    Align materials tracking with schedule, outages, and other construction activities.
    Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Administrator.
    Track 5-year review cycle of all System Protection and Maintenance (SPM) for clients.
    Substation Construction & Maintenance SOPs and update Master Tracker

    Edit, format, and modify documents as needed:
    Track reviewers/approvers.
    Update Word doc and publish pdf on SharePoint site.
    Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) Program Manager
    CBM is an asset management tool, and the PM will be responsible for attending bi-weekly meetings, taking notes, and following up with action items (running meetings as needed)
    Update Agendas
    P6 schedule updates on capital and retrofit projects with schedulers and Kearny Engineers
    Electronic Control Technician (ECT) Support
    Create a Customer Generation handoff tracker.
    Submit tickets for secured IP addresses.
    Track schedule stages in customer panel installation, including scheduling job walks with ECT, Customer generation engineers, and generation customer.
    Manage Tools Budget Tracker
    When a department needs a tool, the PM assists in the opening requisition.
    Notify Requestor
    Track budget
    Ground Grid Repair Tracker
    Work with Kearny Engineers to track the status of ground grid testing and follow up as necessary.
    Coordinate with the Substation Engineering department on any ground grid design and traveling grounds.
    Submit, track, and manage environmental permits for ground grid repair.
    Construct business cases and the justifications for the project.
    Attend site visits as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    Required:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or related degree, Power delivery experience.
    3-5 years of experience.
    PMP, Substation Construction, or Substation Engineering experience.
    Procore, SharePoint, & SAP.


    Salary:
    $114,400 to $187,200


    Hybrid:
    on-site three days a week in San client location.
