    LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Opportunity

    We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic LPN to join our team at Clarendale of Addison, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

    This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling options, including 12-hour shifts from 12:00am-8:00am and 11:00 pm-7:00 am.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and promoting independent lifestyles.
    • Identify resident medical and behavioral changes, develop and monitor care plans, and re-assess each resident as needed.
    • Report daily to the Director of Health Services on community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
    • Implement nursing care according to physician's orders and recognized nursing practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Current nursing license valid in the state worked.
    • Availability for emergencies regarding the community.
