Prospect List Building Specialist for SaaS Industry

Job description
We are hiring a skilled professional for prospect list building within the SaaS and tech services sector.The objective is to develop a structured and verified lead list of 6,000 B2B contacts aligned with clearly defined targeting criteria.
This position requires strong execution in b2b lead generation, structured email list building, detailed market research, and precise data entry.
The role goes beyond collecting contacts — it involves identifying the right companies, understanding their positioning, and extracting decision-makers relevant to SaaS partnerships and service offerings.
Responsibilities:
Conduct focused market research to identify SaaS companies and relevant decision-makers
Execute strategic prospect list building based on ICP, company size, geography, and revenue filters
Build a segmented lead list using tools such as and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Perform professional email list building and validate emails using NeverBounce
Ensure accurate data entry including full contact and company details
Clean, deduplicate, and structure the final database for outreach readiness
Support sales initiatives through organized list management and segmentation
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in prospect list building and b2b lead generation
Strong background in email list building and verification processes
Experience working as a virtual assistance professional or lead generation assistant
Hands-on knowledge of Apollo .io, Sales Navigator, and NeverBounce
Strong analytical skills for conducting effective market research
High attention to detail and commitment to clean, structured data
The final delivery must be a verified, research-driven lead list that is ready for immediate outreach campaigns within the SaaS space.
Quality, segmentation accuracy, and clean data standards are critical.Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
