    A&R Group is a fast-growing hospitality and real estate investment company, and we're looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to elevate our brand and strengthen our investor engagement efforts. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning projects from concept to completion.
    About the Role
    The Marketing & Communications Manager leads A&R Group's brand presence, digital strategy, investor marketing support, and public relations initiatives. You'll create compelling content, manage social channels, support capital-raising efforts, and ensure consistent, high-quality communication across the organization.
    This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on brand growth, investor confidence, and company momentum.
    Key Responsibilities
    Brand, Social & Digital
    • Lead social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and additional platforms
    • Publish 2+ high-quality posts weekly highlighting properties, milestones, culture, and investment achievements
    • Coordinate short-form video content and quarterly on-site filming days
    • Maintain a 12-week rolling content calendar
    • Track and report monthly engagement, reach, and growth metrics
    Content & Thought Leadership
    • Write monthly thought-leadership articles on hospitality, development, and investing
    • Produce quarterly feature stories on major projects or exits
    • Coordinate video interviews with leadership, partners, and investors
    • Distribute content across web, social, email, and PR channels
    Investor Marketing & Events
    • Plan and execute quarterly investor seminars and conference events
    • Manage topics, speakers, logistics, and follow-up communications
    • Support conference strategy and booth materials
    • Execute investor email campaigns through CashFlowPortal
    Public Relations
    • Draft and distribute press releases for acquisitions, dispositions, refinances, openings, and major announcements
    • Maintain relationships with hospitality and real estate media outlets
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all external channels
    Systems & Organization
    • Maintain a centralized digital asset library
    • Build SOPs for social posting, events, and press releases
    • Provide monthly marketing performance summaries to leadership
    Qualifications
    • 3+ years in marketing, communications, or investor relations (preferred)
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills
    • Experience with social media management and digital analytics
    • Video coordination or basic editing experience (preferred)
    • Highly organized with strong deadline management
    • Professionalism and confidentiality in investor-facing content
    • Hospitality, real estate, or investment experience is a plus
    Working Conditions
    • Occasional travel for events, filming, or conferences
    • Extended hours during peak project periods
    Physical & Mental Demands
    • Extended periods of computer work
    • Movement throughout the office and occasional on-site property visits
    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs of marketing materials
    • Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence
