Team Rehab is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Georgia.

Our mission is to provide the best outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. We want our patients to enjoy therapy and experience clear improvements in their health. Helping to develop protocols for the most common diagnoses we see
Participating the research studies supported by the clinic
Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training or related field
Graduate from a CAATE accredited Athletic Training program
Athletic Training Certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers
