Collaborating closely with IT, operations, maintenance, and external contractors, you'll guide projects from proof-of-concept to full implementation.     Key Responsibilities:
    Upgrade Planning

    :

    Develop and Maintain a 5-year upgrade plan for obsolete PLC's in our Newton, MS Foundry.
    Project Management:

    Lead PLC upgrade projects to enhance site reliability.
    Optimization

    :

    Collaborate with stakeholders to improve control systems' reliability and efficiency.
    Data-Driven Insights

    :

    Train users and expand data streams on our Aveva platform for more effective problem-solving

    Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:


    Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

    Bachelors in a relevant engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
    Experience managing $100K+ control systems upgrades or installations.
    Strong collaboration skills and ability to work toward high-level objectives with minimal guidance.
    Proficiency with PLC Programming software (Allen-Bradley preferred) and control systems diagnostics.
