    Home Infusion Nurse - Part-Time - Valdosta, GA

    • Location: Valdosta​​, GA 31601
    • Salary: $40-50/hr

    Elevate Home Healthcare in Valdosta: Valdosta is looking for passionate Home Infusion Nurses to provide exceptional in-home care. Join our team and bring advanced infusion services to the comfort of patients' homes.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Administer IV therapies in home settings, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
    • Perform continuous patient assessments, adjusting care plans as needed.
    • Maintain accurate treatment documentation in EMR, complying with healthcare standards.
    • Coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver integrated patient care.
    • Manage and maintain infusion equipment with utmost care and precision.
    • Educate and support patients and families on infusion treatments and health management.

    Qualifications:

    • Active GA nursing license and proven infusion experience.
    • Expertise in IV therapy and patient care.
    • Current CPR/BLS certification is a must.
    • Ability to travel locally in Valdosta for patient visits.
    • Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software tools.
