    About the Role

    You Belong at Sandstone Care

You are passionate about helping young adults who struggle with mental health challenges.

You understand the unique challenges and needs of this population, and you want to provide them with the best possible care.

You are looking for a career that allows you to use your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on their lives.

But you know that not all treatment centers are the same. Many of them do not offer comprehensive and integrated care clients. Many of them do not value your input or support your professional development. Many of them do not foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

That's why you need Sandstone Care.

Working at Sandstone Care is different - because Sandstone Care is different. We hire compassionate people and give them the training and resources that let them change lives for the better.

We embrace diversity within our team and ensure that our clients have the chance to connect with individuals who can empathize with and understand their unique experiences.

We are committed to ensuring our clients and employees feel seen, accepted, and respected.

    In this role you will:
Partner with clients to inspire and empower change by contributing to a high-performing culture.

Ensure quality and compliance by adhering to all aspects of the clinical programs policies and procedures, providing therapeutic services, including treatment planning and coordinating clinical treatment services with families, and documenting treatment timely and accurately for the billing team.

Collaborate with the clinical team by participating in weekly meetings to discuss treatment formulation, progress, outcomes, discharge planning, follow-up care, and liaison communication (if necessary), as well as client utilization reviews and medical necessity discussions with insurance payors (if necessary)

Build and maintain good public relations by demonstrating the ability to express ideas clearly, concisely, convincingly, establishing and maintaining good rapport with families, referral agencies, and other community resources.

Participate in various activities and programs by joining committees and professional meetings and staffing as necessary for the functions of the program, assisting with the family in initiating court proceedings for the continuum of treatment for the client (if necessary), providing supportive leadership for community meetings and selected off-campus activities, participating in on- and off-campus activity programming, and participating in marketing activities.

Contribute to the facility-wide Performance Improvement Program by following the standards and guidelines of the program and performing other duties as assigned.

At Sandstone Care, we believe that your career is more than just your work. You bring your own talents and viewpoints to our team, and we value your diversity and individuality. That's why we create a supportive environment where you can grow and thrive.

We provide you with the training and resources you need to deliver evidence-based and individualized treatment plans.
