Job summary
The Recruiting and Leave Management Specialist leads full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition for the firm while supporting Human Resources through the tracking and monitoring of employee leaves of absence and related data. This role partners closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to ensure timely, compliant hiring and accurate tracking of recruiting and employee leave activity.- Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
