D.) degree2.
Be eligible to apply for a pharmacist licensure in the State of California prior to the entrance into the program.
CA pharmacist licensure is required by September of the residency year3.Complete a personal, on-site or remote interview with the interview panel, director of the residency program and current PGY1 resident(s).4.
Ability to accurately perform pharmaceutical calculations.5.ACLS certification from the American Heart Association ideally within the first month of residency program start but no later than September of the residency year.6.
Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including but not limited to verification of all required licenses and certifications, meeting the U.S.Office of Inspector General requirements and proof of a legal right to work in the United States.7.
Successful completion of a post-offer physical exam, which includes a drug and alcohol screen, a physical and a TB test.8.
