- Provide administrative support related to data management, secretarial assignments, meeting coordination and management, and onboarding new employees
- Assist and support Attorneys with calendaring/scheduling, document management, conference room set-up, and client service
- Support Visiting Attorneys with travel arrangements and logistics
- Assist with Reception coverage, generating reports, routing mail, and other general office support
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of related experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while using discretion and independent judgement
