4+ years of experience in a similar support engineering or site reliability engineering (SRE) role
Proficiency in standard RPE with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems
Hands-on experience with Python for automating tasks
Familiarity with incident management processes and on-call support
Strong troubleshooting skills in a Linux environment
Previous experience in task automation using any programming language
Practical exposure to at least one observability pillar (metrics, logs, or traces)
Development skills in Python for task automation purposes
Knowledge of site reliability engineering principles, such as SLOs, error budgets, blameless postmortems, and toil reduction
Ability to create operational dashboards using tools like Splunk and Grafana
Experience in administering and supporting ServiceNow platform.
