    Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of economic development and small business empowerment? Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation (
    WWBIC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our executive team as the Vice President of Programs and Operations.

    The Role:


    As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Vice President of Programs and Operations will play a critical role in leading, monitoring, and supporting the daily operations, program development, and implementation at
    WWBIC.

    This role is responsible for setting and supporting strategic direction and vision, developing and implementing consistent policies and procedures, and ensuring the achievement of our strategic goals.

    Essential Job Functions:
    Provide leadership and direction to
    WWBIC's programs and operations teams to meet or exceed all organizational and funder goals.
    Lead the development and implementation of effective customer engagement models, portfolio management strategies, and technology solutions.
    Oversee day-to-day operations, systems, and procedures across teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and exemplary customer service.

    Collaborate with funders and stakeholders to review, negotiate, and onboard key award contracts and define deliverables for statewide and regional programs.

    Represent
    WWBIC at community and professional functions, maintaining expertise in the small business, CDFI, and microcredit industries.
    Supervise and coach staff, providing support, guidance, and professional development to ensure success.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, operations, and leadership roles, preferably in the nonprofit or economic development sector.

    Strong understanding of small business, CDFI, and microcredit industries.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
    Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
