Luther Bloomington Hyundai is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Entry Level Auto Technician.

As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing quality and timely automotive services to our valued customers in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

This is an individual contributor role, so we are looking for someone who can work independently and has a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance and repair services on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and recall work
• Communicate with customers and provide clear explanations of repair needs and recommendations
• Ensure all work is performed according to dealership protocol and quality standards
• Keep work area clean and organized, and adhere to all safety regulations
• Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational and training opportunitiesRequirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in an automotive repair or maintenance role preferred
• ASE certification preferred, but not required
• Strong mechanical and technical skills
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and computer
• based resources
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including weekends and evenings
