Job summary
We have an urgent opportunity for Project Specialist I role with one of our direct clients at Staunton.Networks and develops relationships with key stakeholders and acts as the liaison between company and joint-use partners regarding permits inspections quality assurance surveys rebuilds attachment agreements NESC interpretation and company policy.
Responds to and addresses inquiries concerns complaints and safety violations related to Joint Use Assures proper transactions of payments billing Facilitates pole attachments joint trench billing between designated vendors associated cable television telephone telecommunication companies Administers agreements with joint use partners compliance surveys auditing Verifies proper use NJUNS system conducting QA audits tickets created by Design organization Provides guidance oversight Joint Use Design contractors Utilizes knowledge previous experience Electric Distribution Design assist review customer cost calculations design estimates Joint Use construction projects prior billing customer Oversees manages workload Joint Use Design contractors Maintains verifies contractors time reporting generates billing responsible entity Responsible staying informed updated new technologies rulings legislation impact Join Utility industry Assists development policies procedures equipment standards evolving technologies trends bills FCC requirements Consults levels Management provides support Join related issues legislation policies Provides advice assistance during negotiations.
