- Monitor Price Performance: Track the performance of pricing initiatives and adjustments, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as price realization, market share, and customer satisfaction to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

EquipmentShare is seeking a Market Pricing Specialist to be play a pivotal role in optimizing pricing purchase strategies to enhance competitiveness and drive cost efficiency for the aftermarket and indirect sourcing team. Collaborating closely with the sourcing and service teams, you'll evaluate pricing dynamics, identify opportunities for strategic pricing adjustments, and lead benchmarking exercises to help stakeholders negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
