    • HybridWho we are looking forWe are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to work with a stellar team of BA's developing the product through its next phase of growth.
    This role focuses on technical analysis and documentation to support the Product Management team in designing new functionality and features.

    With a well-established technical background in financial services, the successful candidate will be able to show a successful track-record of delivering complex real-time trading solutions where attention to detail and intellectual curiosity are paramount.

    This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

    What you will be responsible forAs Technical Business Analyst, Product AVP you willDevelop a deep understanding of existing Fund Connect infrastructure, data-models and database architectureConduct detailed front-to-back analysis of trading & settlement workflows for asset management & liquidity productsDeliver high-quality, detailed technical documentation business requirements in conjunction with product, technical & business teams including workflow diagrams, GUI definition and screen mock-upsProvide input into database technical design (Oracle, SQL server)Oversee the administration of documentation including product development schedules, release schedules, bug tracking and user manualsContribute to the design & testing of new functionality and GUI'sWork autonomously with confidence in a fast-moving, complex technical environmentBuild solid relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups of differing levels of seniorityWhat we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this roleMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical business analysis and/or product in a financial services environmentRelevant experience with electronic trading platforms in the Mutual Fund, FX and/or Fixed Income spaceHighly self-motivated with exceptional integrityWillingness to learn and eagerness to collaborate as part of a larger teamConfident & clear communicatorAbility to articulate complex technical concepts to any audienceEducation & Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalentTechnically competent with the ability to code in Python, VBA and SQLPower user of ExcelMessaging expertise with FIX, REST API, SFTP, JSON, XML, SWIFT FIN/MXFamiliarity working with, and implementing, Cloud hosting solutionsDeep experience of trade settlementAre you the right candidate?     Salary Range:
    $105,000 - $165,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
