We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Analytics to join our team. This role is responsible for architecting and managing an AI-first hiring infrastructure that produces high-quality hires on schedule. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop screening frameworks that assess capabilities beyond credentials.This is not your average recruiting role.
