    Description


    The Materials Coordinator will oversees the staging of product for installations, the availability of product for future installations, quality control on outbound product, and the processing of outbound shipments in SAP.

    The Materials Coordinator will play an active role recognizing and identifying opportunities for process improvements as well as in training warehouse helpers up to company standards in quality control and cleanliness.

    Required Skills & Experience

    3+ years of experience coordinating successful inventory and shipping operations

    Ability to identify product shortages and inventory discrepancies that will impact timely delivery to job sites through physical inventory checks and cycle counts

    Previous work experience dispatching of emergency product to job sites

    Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new applications and systems quickly.

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
