Job Description & Requirements
Los Alamos Medical Center West Road Los Alamos, NM **Orientation is weekly, on Mondays – Local Rate: ;Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel** All Travelers must have REQUIRED certifications at submission as certs are not available on site Client reserves the right to require certifications not listed. Please refer to LPNT checklist for most up to date requirements SHIFT: 5x ON CALL REQUIREMENTS: 10-11 DAYS Major healthcare provider for Northern New Mexico bed acute care facility healthcare employees LPNT - New Mexico State Requirement All Clinical Staff on assignment in the state of New Mexico must be fingerprinted before hire and provide documentation that check is being processed
• Travelers may start on a 14-day waiver while waiting on results but must be supervised. Required for all employees except physicians Each agency needs to have an account with NM DOH After account set up, your compliance teams will enter each clinician into the portal to start the background check process ORI code for NM DOH is NM920160z A determination code will be generated upon background results so the clinician can move forward with the fingerprint process.
Lifepoint Job ID # Pay package is based on 11 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
