    About the Job

    The ideal fit for the role will have a strong background in caregiving, spanish and english speaking, be friendly, kind, compassionate.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist the clients with aspects of their daily lives that they may struggle with.

    This could include helping them to prepare healthy, balanced meals, complete clothes shopping or grocery shopping, supporting them with attending events or functions, and assisting with personal grooming, dressing, and light cleaning.

    Listen to the client and chat with them to ensure they receive social interaction during your visits.
    Listen to all clients' wants and needs to ensure you are providing a valuable service during your visits.
    Assist the client with making medical appointments, collecting medication, and attending appointments if needed.
    Assist the client with going to the store to buy things they need if required.
    Ensure the client is regularly eating, showering, and having clothes changed.

    Coordinate with nurses or visiting nurses to ensure that medication is correct and that any wound care that is required is completed.

    Any other duties as required.


    Requirements:
    High school diploma or above
    Bilingual preferred
    1-2 years of previous experience as a CNA or personal Care
