About the Role
• Performs preventative maintenance tasks, which include daily inspection of production facility equipment and repair diagnosis when required.
• Assessment and documentation maintenance checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Your Responsibilities
• Supports maintenance staff in related duties of repair and preventative maintenance.
• Assists in the analysis and preparation of maintenance related reports, correspondence, records, and presentations.
• Inspects operations, work areas, buildings, external parking and sidewalk areas, and assists in the preparation of related recommendations, correspondence, and reports.
• Supports the bridge inspection program, as needed.
• Supports the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for roadway maintenance contracts.
• Assists in the evaluation and review of district maintenance activities to ensure conformity with department policies.
• Supports the preparation of preventative maintenance plans and cost reports.
• Performs quality assurance reviews on maintenance work.
• Performs other responsibilities as required or assigned.
Who we are looking for
• Some related experience preferred
• Highly motivated to work, learn, and teach
Your preferred qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Currently Attending a College or University
• Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology.
• Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
