Position Overview:
This position has primary responsibility to manage enterprise network, directory services, server, and voice systems for FSS Information Technology. Deploys and maintains virtual network environments and core directory services. Deploys, manages, and maintains virtual server infrastructure. Maintains relationship with hosted voice provider, ensuring end user requests and incidents are resolved.

Responsibilities:
Network, directory services and centralized IT services management

Maintain Azure networking environment:
VNET peering, VWAN, routing, etc.
Manage and administer Microsoft M365, Entra ID and related Microsoft services (Endpoint Manager, Exchange Online Protection, Office backend services for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
Manage domain name registrations, internal certificate authority, externally-issued certificates, DNS, NTP and internal email systems
Utilize third-party tools to monitor and report on performance of directory services and IT server environment.
Call center and voice application management
Work with hosted voice solution provider, voice application software, and network carriers to correct issues with voice systems, applications, and carrier services
Work with, advise, and train call center managers and supervisors on call center applications and utilities
Process voice onboarding / offboarding and ad-hoc call center requests
IT server management
Deploy and maintain Windows and Red Hat servers for business application teams
Maintain monthly patching and manage configuration settings to address server system vulnerabilities

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years as a systems administrator with specific experience in voice and network systems.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
