**Job Summary:**
The Store Manager will lead team members and the operation of the store in partnership with senior leadership. This individual will be a proven leader, with the ability to step in and direct their team in difficult situations. This individual must be dependable, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and have a strong desire to provide the highest level of customer service to our customers, and our fellow employees.
**Job Responsibilities:**
Supervises a team of assistant store managers and customer care specialists.
Works with Human Resources to recruit, interview, hire, and terminate employees as needed.
Conducts weekly cash audits.
Completes any store duties as needed.
Overviews monthly audits, sales analysis, profit and loss reviews.
Steps in and handles customer interactions as needed.
Supervises and participates in weekly Idea Team Meetings.
Works with the Pit Stop team to help realize company goals.
Assists in the enforcement of company policies.
Makes recommendations to management concerning issues such as staffing decisions or procedural changes.
Attends a bi-weekly recruiting meeting to discuss store needs.
Other responsibilities as needed.
**Job Qualifications:**
Four-year degree is preferred, but not required.
5 years of management experience required.
5 years of convenience store and retail experience.
Microsoft Office experience is required.
**Job Requirements:**
Must possess leadership and problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Must have great communication skills.
Ability to motivate your team.
Critical decision-making skills.
Trustworthy, confident and inclusive.
Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
