- Lead the development and maintenance of value stream maps to identify value-added activities, non-value-added activities, and areas for improvement.
- Proactively seek out and secure strategic partnerships, engaging in negotiations to secure contracts that align with organizational goals and bolster our competitive edge.
- Collaborate with finance and senior leadership to develop and manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for each value stream. Analyze financial performance, identify areas of opportunity, and implement strategies to improve profitability while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with teams across departments, including production, supply chain, engineering, and quality, to streamline processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Leverage insights from value stream(s) and market analyses to inform broader marketplace strategies, contributing to the enhancement of business models and competitive positioning.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in managing value stream and P&L responsibilities, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
