    Job Description:

    A Service Specialist is part of a team that provides various administrative support to our clients which may includes scanning, copying and binding services of time sensitive and confidential documents at the client location. Duties may also include mail and facilities services as needed.

    Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions

    Process work as requested through the digital job submission system, received via email or in-person

    Print, scan, copy and bind projects as requested

    Restock supplies and paper as needed in copy machines

    Comply with confidentiality policy and maintain documents in a secure area

    Assist with basic maintenance of office hardware as needed and notify appropriate personnel regarding any advanced maintenance that needs to be scheduled

    Quality check all work and escalate issues to Manager

    Floor Coordinationincludes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance

    Mail Services may include processing inbound and outbound mail deliveries

    Qualifications & Requirements

    High School Diploma or GED

    Minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer services field

    Ability to multitask with attention to detail

    Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact

    Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

    Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

    Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
