    Position DescriptionAs a CNC Milling Machinist, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

    Set up and operate 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC milling machines according to instructions and engineering drawingsChange tools and make offset adjustmentsInterpret blueprint dimensionsUnderstand and follow machining policies and instructions (MI),QSR, ISO, SOP's work rules and safety guidelinesMeet schedules and maintain quality standards Position RequirementsThis position requires the following skills and attributes:A minimum of 3-5 years work experience related to the set-up and operation of CNC milling machinesExperience interpreting blueprint dimensions and using measuring toolsWorking knowledge of MI's, QSR, ISO, SOP's, work rules and safety guidelinesAbility to read, write and speak in EnglishAbility to lift up to 50 lbsStrong interpersonal skillsPreferredExperience with Makino, HAAS, and DMG milling machines is a plusHaving their own tools is a plus (precision and hand tools) BenefitsThe base compensation range for this role is $20 - $33 / hour for the position in California.

    Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

    The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in California based on the date of this job posting.

    Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range compensation package during your hiring process. Please understand that the compensation range may be modified in the future. Each amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation once such amount is earned and determinable.

    The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefit or any other form of compensation may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.

    The total compensation package for this position may also include [bonuses and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans].
