    Position Overview:

    We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering clinical care coordination, rehabilitation, and recovery services to adults aged 18 and above who are grappling with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). Your primary focus will be on outpatient care, allowing direct engagement with individuals as they progress towards healing.

    Job Title: Full-time Nurse Practitioner (Psych)

    Location: San Diego, CA

    Hours: 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, with flexible shifts available (8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm)

    Pay Rate: $95 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-quality healthcare services to individuals with SMI, focusing on clinical care coordination, rehabilitation, and recovery.
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients.
    • Engage directly with patients in outpatient settings to support their path towards healing.

    Qualifications:

    • Nurse Practitioner certification.
    • Psychiatric credentials preferred.
    • Experience in psychiatric care.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work as a Subcontract employee
