    Ticket Sales Representative

    This is a sales-focused role with primary responsibility for acquiring new ticket clients and retaining existing season ticket members.



    • Develop strong business relationships through proactive outreach, prospecting, cold calling, and referrals to drive revenue growth.

    • Evaluate customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling full-season tickets packages.

    • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using CRM software to track sales activities and lead development.

    This individual will effectively manage their portfolio by providing high-level personalized service while driving incremental revenue. Essential duties include handling customer inquiries related to tickets exchanges, payment plans, account updates, etc.
    The Account Executive will be responsible for attending daily or weekly team meetings as well as participating in training sessions. An average of 50+ contacts per day by phone call, email or face-to-face meeting are expected from this role.
    The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills including written verbal presentations; ability present ideas clearly concisely working knowledge Microsoft Office CRM database experience Ticketmaster Archtics Ticketing System preferred qualifications desired skillset proficient using common computer programs possessing thorough understanding technical details company operations (Affirmative Steps Equal Employment Opportunities Statement on hiring practices criteria evaluation education background checks safety procedures inter departmental feedback orientation))​
