    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    This role will be responsible for managing orders and inventory across Client's .SWOOSH brand, helping pilot and develop scalable and sustainable business practices for new digital supply chain models.

    The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and solution-oriented, able to work across teams to solve problems with a high degree of detail.

    You have experience in working with order and inventory management software, with a background in supply chain, exceptions management, order fulfillment, reporting & analytics, and even reverse logistics.

    You will work closely with the supply chain team to pilot and manage innovative physical product releases for footwear and apparel and drive execution for the end-to-end value chain for .SWOOSH..

    An interest in gaming and innovation is an added benefit, but not required.

    WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
    Execute and monitor the order flow from online channels through consumer delivery
    Manage exceptions associated with consumer delivery - undelivered, damaged, returns, & re-fulfillment
    Build and share reports on a monthly and per project basis
    Create, track, and manage purchase orders
    Provide needed fulfillment support to launch readiness teams

    Qualifications & Skills:

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience and training
    • 2+ years' relevant experience in order and inventory management software, exceptions management, order fulfillment, reporting & analytics, and even reverse logistics.
    • Attention to detail and systems thinking
    • Out of the box thinking and desire to find new ways of working.
    • Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment.
    • Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
    • Ability to continually track/communicate progress and/or challenges.
    • Ability to thrive in a startup environment and quickly shift and adapt to an evolving environment.
    This role is based out of either Portland, Oregon
