Who They Are

We have been retained by a privately-held distributor of surfaces, composites, and fabricated architectural panels to identify a Project Manager to add to their Surfaces team.

This individual will be responsible for actively engaging in prospecting architects, specification writers, interior designers, and general contractors to identify suitable projects for the company.

This person will further be responsible to manage each project through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in the construction, architecture, or interior design space.

What You'll Do

Collaborate on lead generation and development

Engage in prospecting with all relevant key players in the initial project phase

Track projects for sales reference, project name, market segments, etc.

Actively call on competitive specifications

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant industry experience

Project management and sales experience in building products or construction preferred

Interior design and/or construction related background

Fabrication knowledge in building materials a plus

Ability to read blueprints preferred
