- Prepare orders, pull parts off shelves, pack boxes, prepare pallets, and shipments, and load/unload products using a forklift.
- Follow work instructions, record receipts, verify documentation, support operational processes, assist in inventories, inspect pallets/cases, communicate with management, participate in training, provide excellent customer service, assist in warehouse maintenance tasks, and uphold policies.
- Comply with LKQ Policy and Procedures, maintain inventory controls, and ensure a clean work environment.
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Computer and data entry skills
- Ability to operate a forklift, meet physical exertion requirements, have excellent attendance history, experience in warehouse operations, basic math and reading skills, follow instructions, be reliable, safety-minded, and have a strong work ethic, work well in a team, willingness to work long hours, positive demeanor, commitment to customer service, pass Pre-Employment Screening

Pay: $17.00/hr plus great benefits.
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a forklift in warehouse operations, also performing other distribution duties such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and return processing to meet company safety and productivity standards. Responsibilities include manual loading and unloading of parts, operating equipment for product receipt, storage, and order fulfillment, overseeing the assigned receiving area, and understanding all account locations and processes. Must align with guiding principles and core values.
