    Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program-Electrical Power Engineer for Skunk Works programs will conduct electrical loads analysis, power distribution, and energy storage sizing

    • Will produce electrical wiring schematic drawings and design electrical power systems
    • Will work with other subsystems engineers to establish electrical loads and wiring requirements for various subsystem components
    • Experienced in creating supplier statement of work and management of suppliers
    Responsible for writing and conducting system checkouts

    • Will work with manufacturing during build up to troubleshoot systems
    Selected applicant must be eligible for a Secret Security Clearance
    ***Must be a US Citizen

    This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance with SSBI date less than 5 years to start.

    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, related technical discipline, or equivalent experience considered
    Experience creating electrical schematics or wiring diagrams.

    Desired Skills:
    Desired skills Electrical Harness Design and Installation Experience HIGHLY DESIRED Experience working on a small team covering all aspects of system design from concept through testing Knowledge of industry electrical wire harness assembly fabrication and installation methods and processes Experience with aircraft harness, wiring or cable design/schematics Generating specs and SOWs for development/procurement of system and components Managing subcontractors developing/supplying systems/components Technical Leadership

    Ability to Work Remotely:
    Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules:
    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees
    Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed

    These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

    Pay Rate:
    The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $100,400 - $192,500

    Non-represented full-time employees:

    Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays
    PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year
    This position is incentive plan eligible.

    Pay Rate:
    The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 - $217,500
