    Objective of the position

    Ensuring supplies to the customer in exact sequence

    Main duties

    • Ensuring supplies to the customers while complying with the due date and quality requirements
    • Controlling and managing the sequence of assembly
    • Determining cost calculation data
    • Implementation and monitoring of the given goals
    • Ensuring the implementation of new projects
    • Optimization of the production sequences and production processes with reference to high product quality and increasing the quantity accuracy

    Standard tasks of department head:

    • Personnel management, personnel planning and development
    • Budget planning and responsibility for costs
    • Investment planning
    • Enforcement of compliance with the quality management system and the quality requirements
    • Sustained continuous improvement process actions and process and product optimization
    • Ensuring continuous improvement in tidiness and cleanliness
    • Ensuring compliance with all the accident prevention and health protection measures
    • Operational suggestion system
    • Ensuring and supporting professional education
    • Reporting to the plant management
    • Promotion of the readiness of the employees to work independently in the framework of the delegated authority for achieving optimum performance
