Logistics Coordinator

Drive the future of retail by joining our Supply Chain team as a Logistics Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily output of finished goods at each production site.
Plan and organize shipments, including managing imports.
Creation of shipping documents for transfer of finished goods.
Perform required transactions within SAP.
Communicate shipment pick up quantities and dates to customers.
Work in conjunction with finished goods supply planners to ensure real-time accuracy of GIs and open demand in SAP.
Direct communication with suppliers.
Analyze supplier performance data and report appropriate metrics.
Proactively work to find process improvements and improve team efficiency.
Collaborate with the team supply chain team to ensure delivery demands are met.

Requirements:

1-2 years of relevant experience in a logistics role.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines, working in a fast-paced environment.
Drive to always be looking for process improvement opportunities.
Strong proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to change course with short notice and reprioritize tasks.
Associates or Bachelor's degree in supply chain related field is a plus, but not required.
