    About Your Role

    As an independent contractor, you'll have the freedom to manage your own schedule and work with multiple clients, offering a high level of independence in your sales approach. Youll essentially be running your own business within the B2B sales sector, responsible for generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales.The role is commission-based, providing an opportunity to directly benefit from your hard work and sales performance. Earnings are tied to the volume and success of the deals you close. You will identify and target potential business clients, conducting research to understand their needs and pitching solutions. You are responsible for developing and executing your sales strategy, which can include outreach via phone calls, emails, networking, and attending industry events.

    What You'll Do

    • Identify and research potential business clients through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, and social media)
    • Conduct product demos and presentations to business's
    • Negotiate pricing, terms with potential clients to close sales
    • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately track sales activities in CRM tools
    • Collect customer feedback to enhance products and marketing
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress

    What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

    • Proven track record in B2B sales
    • Experience in generating leads, closing deals, and managing sales pipelines
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade key decision-makers
    • Highly motivated, results-driven individual with a proven ability to work independently
    • Comfort with commission-based pay
    • Comfortable using online research tools and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.) for lead generation

    What Will Make Us Really Love You

    • Proficient with digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom, email marketing platforms) and other tech tools relevant to sales
    • Proven portfolio of similar sales deals or contracts
    • A degree in business, marketing, or related fields (preferred but not required)
    • Clear understanding of the independent contractor relationship, including being responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and legal matters
    • Familiarity with commission-based compensation and the drive to achieve financial incentives
