- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, to improve speech and language skills.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in Arizona.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
