As an independent contractor, you will enjoy the freedom to work remotely while building and managing your own trading strategies.

Position Overview

We are looking for experienced traders with at least two years of active trading experience to join our professional trading firm. You will leverage your proven skills in equities and options to trade firm capital at scale, with access to higher capital allocations and performance-based profit splits.

Location: Raleigh, NC (Remote)

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience trading options or currencies
Solid understanding of derivatives markets and trading fundamentals
Strong analytical and decision-making skills under pressure
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
Stable computer setup and reliable high-speed internet connection
Familiarity with trading platforms is a bonus

Position Details

Independent contractor position with performance-driven compensation
Earn 65–90% of profits generated — splits increase as you advance within the firm
Initial capital allocation of up to $50,000, with a clear path to $500,000+
Complete location flexibility — this is a fully remote position
Consistent traders receive capital increases on a regular schedule
