The schedule is 7 on / 7 off — 182 shifts a year — giving you half the year to travel, relax, spoil grandkids, or finally take that long‑promised trip to Tuscany.

VISA candidates welcome, but this role is especially ideal for physicians who want meaningful clinical work without the administrative avalanche. A hospital‑based NP supports rounds at both campuses, keeping the pace steady and the workload manageable.
