Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Bowen Recovery Center

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Deliver direct nursing care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
Treatment Administration: Aid in implementing treatment plans such as wound care and IV therapy.
Patient Monitoring: Watch for changes in patients' conditions and report them promptly.
Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate patient records.
Support and Education: Educate patients and families on health care needs and recovery processes.
Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
Compliance: Ensure all nursing practices meet regulations and facility policies.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Licensure: Valid LPN license in the state.
Education: Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
Experience: Previous healthcare experience, preferably in recovery.
Skills: Strong clinical skills in patient assessments and medication administration.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective interactions.
Compassion: Caring and empathetic approach to patient care.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Background in addiction recovery or mental health care.
Certifications: Additional certifications in healthcare areas.
