Program Manager - Los Angeles, United States - EVONA
Description
Our client, a leading player in the space industry, is actively seeking a talented Program Manager to join their dynamic team.
Your primary mission will be the day-to-day management of cost, schedule and performance for programs in National Security, Defense and Civil sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain program baselines and schedules.
Develop and execute program Statements of Work.
Participate in contract negotiations and manage contract changes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Deliver presentations to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure program success.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers to identify growth opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record of program/project management with U.S. Government customers.
Experience in program management within U.S. Civil, Defense, and/or National Security sectors.
Experience in leadership roles within project teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to develop and execute program plans that meet stakeholder expectations.
Background in remote sensing programs or products.
Experience in a fast-paced startup/scaleup environment.
Familiarity with U.S. Government acquisition processes and contract management.
Eligibility for or possession of active security clearance.
Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
