- Mix paint or stains to the customer's specification
- Cover trim, fixtures, furniture, and floors to protect them from paint
- Leave the work area clean once the project has been completed
- Apply primer or sealers to paint surfaces
- Fill holes and cracks with putty, and sand away old paint to prepare surfaces for painting
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to multiple job locations throughout the workweek
- We prefer candidates with 2 years of work experience and a completed apprenticeship, but not required
- Candidates should have strong time management, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Stamina, standing for long periods of time, dexterity, and physical strength is required
- Should have general knowledge of painting techniques and tools, but we are willing to provide training

Job DescriptionAre you a hard-working, process-driven painter searching for a new opportunity at a growing company? You might be a great fit for our team. Our painters perform a variety of tasks such as assembling scaffolding, surface preparation, sanding down old paint, filling in drywall holes, mixing paint colors, and painting homes and businesses. The ideal candidate should be comfortable talking with clients to understand their needs. Ideally, you have experience with a variety of paint surfaces and materials and are comfortable using hand and power tools to get the job done. If you're ready to get started, apply today
