Position:
Branch Manager

Hours:
Full-Time

Workdays:
Monday-Friday

with occasional weekends

Pay:
$ 49k-$54k (Plus Commission)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Generate new business through outside sales.
Manage a team of 1-2 FTEs to operationalize the branch business.
Develop and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Re-engage inactive clients.
Create and present quotes to prospective customers while considering target margins and other business factors.
Managing and growing client accounts by:

performing site visits
troubleshooting challenges
maintaining multiple levels of communication and contact with client representatives, and
ensuring associate success through engagement and understanding of client needs

Oversee and manage branch billing, accounts receivable, and collections as outlined in the company credit and collections policy.
Manage and analyze profit and loss statements for the branch to maximize profitability and minimize cost.
Manage the processes of worker dispatch, payroll, and customer invoicing, assisting as necessary.
Actively promote community awareness of Labor Finders services.
Other related duties.


Requirements:
Minimum 18 years of age
3+ years of business-to-business sales experience is highly preferred
2 or more years of experience at a staffing firm is a plus (not a requirement)
3 years of office experience
Profit and loss proficiency and collections experience a plus
Pass a Pre-employment background screen
Valid driver's license
Strong networking skills (online as well as in-person)
Solid computer and Internet skills, MS Office and Outlook, Word, CRM, ATS, etc.
